very good book on healthy eating. It doesn't just explains what to eat for healthy leaving but also explains its importance, how to eat, healthy ingredients that you can substitute for day-to-day recipes. The layout, index of the book is very good. Author has given very simple indian/western recipes with healthy touch. It's not that boring book that just talks about benefits of food on health but also encourages you to read on and invent new recipes for your family.
