Thoughtfully written with perception and a pragmatic approach, this book is a must read for officers at all levels – military and civilian. It will give us not self-serving, but patriotic individuals with hearts full of burning desire to serve the country. In short a ‘Bible’ that will make boys into men and men into officers, whom those they command will look up to and respect.
Equating phases of life with the stages and ranks is philosophical, yet with practical applications. Where are the top officers with such perceptions? A new meaning for ‘Nirvana’! ‘Chakravyuh’ is a very much needed concept too.
Overall, a brilliant, perceptive book, yet so practical; few pages but so heavy with all the right kind of directive thoughts to the right kind of officers in our Armed Forces.
