“Little Women's Guide to Personal Power encourages and supports girls and emerging women on a journey into themselves during a most sensitive and powerful time - their monthly period. This is a book that celebrates what makes us women. It is a book about self-esteem, about discovering and paying attention to what is real and true in our-self. Author, Kyla Plaxton, does this through the provision of information, story sharing and simple but meaningful exercises suitable for any female teen interested in finding, seizing and using their power. I highly recommend it.”
