Amazing book! It compresses the whole history of Bharat in 500 pages. At each step starting with the Aryan invasion theory, the glory of vedic period and advent of Mughals, Turks and Arabs in Bharat the book navigates through the Bristish rule in Bharat. But unilke other books it shows how the history was not a history of defeat but of greatness of our land, the valour of our kings who fought with the invadors. The Birtish invasion was a well thought out plan to rule and subjugate our people. It is shocking to note how one nation can treat another nation with so much hate for personal gratification. After indepence too and also during the struggle, the political parties within Bharat played ugly games with citizens of this land. and here we are now trying to bring back the glory and make bharat Jagatguru. The book is a must read by all, especially youngsters who have been taught one sided history, no wonder they have little respect for our own heros. Emulating west, todays youth, although well informed need to be shown the right direstion. The book is written in that direction. It is an enriching experience to read the book.
