Girish Kuber should live long & should write many more books like these so readers like us can enjoy those reads. First component History & second component --commodity like oil, which a perfect combination to read.
For broadening horizons of your brain, you have to nourish your brain with powerful books & thoughts. This is one of those book which will help you to widen your thinking process on topics like global politics, history & geography, international relations. I enriched myself with knowledge of Arab world, West Asia, role of USA in this oil politics. I am very thankful to Girish Kuber that he made available such a valuable content in my own mother tongue i.e. Marathi. Message of the book quite clear - Oil is not commodity, its weapon. Oil is the reasons behind many wars took place & without oil progress is not possible (Tesla trying to challenge this, lest see).

तेल आणि त्याच्या भोवताली फिरणाऱ्या जागतिक राजकारणावरील विस्तृत माहितीचे आणखी एक पुस्तक कुबेर सरांकडून . . इतक्या सुंदर माहिती असलेल्या पुस्तकाला फक्त एकाच प्रतिक्रिया मिळते या सारखे दुर्दैव नाही . .
