एखाद्या गोष्टीचा मजकूर वाचताना त्याचं वास्तव दर्शीरूप नयना समोर प्रकट करणं , हे फक्त एक लेखकच नाही तर एक चांगला जाणकार आणि अभिरुचीसंपन्न वाचक/प्रेक्षक पण करू शकतो. तीच अभिरुचिकता मला ह्या अनुभव कथनात दिसली. अंजली मॅडम ,खूप सुंदर लिखाण .. तुम्हाला मनःपूर्वक खूप शुभेच्या..!

For long we Indians were blessed with the teaching of वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम but very few of us get to follow this preaching.
Travel and settlement in a new country enriches us as an individual and global citizen.
Also true is the fact that Man travels entire world in search of happiness and comes home to find it.

आम्ही व जोशी कुटुंबीय कतार मधे एकाच भिंती ने विभागलो होतो. कुठलेही काम हाती घेतले की ते (यशस्वीरित्या) तडीस जाई पर्यंत त्याचा पिच्छा सोडायचा नाही हे आम्ही नेहमीच अनुभवत आलो आहोत.....मग ते आई बाबांचा विझा असो, महाराष्ट्र मंडळाचे कार्यक्रम असोत, परदेशी पर्यटन असो, घरी एखादे get together असो, indian embassy मधली कामं असोत, अनिष चा अभ्यास किंवा extra curricular activities असोत, शैल काॅटेज चे design आणि अशा किती तरी गोष्टींमधे अंजली ची involvement आणि तितकीच सुरेख शैलेश ची साथ .......आणि जेव्हा समजलं की अंजली लेखन पण करत आहे तर खरंच फार आश्चर्य वाटलं नाही. ही दोघं मिळून कुठलही शिवधनुष्य पेलू शकतात याची खात्री होती........पुस्तक वाचल्यावर आमच्या सारख्या गल्फ रिटर्न असणार्याना हा स्वानुभव असल्याची प्रचिती येते आणि नवख्याना हे पुस्तक मार्गदर्शक ठरते. मला स्वतःला कुंपणावरुन उडी घेण्यासाठी याचा खूप लाभ झाला. Really feel proud of you Anjali for your dedication and Shailesh for supporting you in every circumstances. Would wait for the Audio book in your voice which will put more impact on the readers. This book is a guideline to everyone who ll have a dream to go to out of country. The place, of which we did not have a single idea, wat ll b the culture, how to reside, how to mixed up with the people with whom we don't have a blood relation, how to react with the problems Nd of course how to get the solutions too. This book ll give u all the answers of these things . At the time of reading, visual stands in front of u. This is the best part which I liked the most. The book ll never let u bored.

Hi Anjali…. Your “Potli – a gulfy selfie” is a perfect reflection of life in Gulf. Very nicely described. Your book will definitely change the thinking of NRI people. After the desired achievements one has to go back to Maaybhoomi. But decision to go back is not easy. You have set an example. This book is a fast and fun read. It gave me an insight into the realities of living in the Gulf and the issues faced by Indians who go there to work. Anjali has painted a picture of her experiences in a humorous and interesting manner. A must read for anyone planning to travel to the Gulf or whose family members may already be there.
