This book is amazing. All books by Mr. Bhagwat are amazing. He died over 25 years ago and his books are over 30-40 years old. He was an expert Hypnotist and astrologer.
Some of his writing in different books about Juvanamukti. The subject may interest a few in today's world. He himself admits he is not one but why it is utmost essential to try to be one.
As a young sadhak, he met many sadhus, yogis and spiritual practitioners. I am guessing it was 1940-60s. He has given the spiritual techniques from them as well as from his Guru Swami Chaitanyanandaji.
In this book, he primarily talks about Hypnotism. He provides tips and techniques. He tells what he has done and what he was told but was not able to pursue.
The techniques pranayam, Dhyan, tratak etc. They are very powerful and a must for a spiritual aspirant. You need not be a hypnotist to learn and practice. He talks about 'Mohini' in daily life or self induced Hypnosis for improving your life.
