This book is excellent. Everything in described in sufficient details not more not less. Anybody can start practicing yoga & pranayam taking this book as a guide. Moreover, even you are suffering form any illness, it is described in the book that what asana & pranayam can be useful and which one to be avoided.
Must read book, must be gifted to your dear ones.
